O.B. AND FLORENCE (MCDONALD) NIXDORF

O.B. and Florence (McDonald) Nixdorf were natives of Miller County who farmed south of Tuscumbia in the Mount Pleasant Community all their lives. O.B. was a son of Dr. A.P. Nixdorf of Mt. Pleasant Farm, one of the earliest physicians in Miller County. O.B. and Florence were married in 1893.

They were the parents of nine children, one of whom died in infancy. The others are: Monroe (deceased); Charles of Iberia, MO; Irene Crismon, Eldon, MO; Minnie Smith, Grand Junction Colorado; Alice Abbett, Tuscumbia, MO; Otto (deceased); Ralph of Bellflower, California, and Helen Gilfillan of Fontana, California.

O.B. passed away in 1948 and Florence in 1966. They are lovingly remembered by all their family and friends.
